• All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after a short period of time.
• We do not keep backups or permanent copies of uploaded files.

3. Third-Party File Access (Google Drive & Dropbox)

iMZi PDF allows users to import files from third-party services such as Google Drive and Dropbox through secure authentication.

• We only access the files you explicitly select and do not access your entire account or storage.
• These files are used solely to perform the requested actions, such as converting, merging, or compressing. They are not stored permanently; files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted shortly after use.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any third-party user data (including Google Drive or Dropbox data) to any external parties.
• Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Personal Information

We only collect personal information if you voluntarily provide it, such as
